Not Medical Advice

APEX does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure injuries or medical conditions. If an athlete has pain, injury symptoms, unusual fatigue, or health concerns, stop training and consult a qualified medical professional.

Training Risk

Throwing, strength work, velocity training, plyometrics, mound work, and sport activity involve risk. Athletes should train within their current ability, use proper supervision, and follow age-appropriate workload limits.

Parent and Coach Supervision

Parents, guardians, and coaches are responsible for deciding whether a plan is appropriate for an athlete. Do not follow recommendations that conflict with medical advice, team rules, pitch-count limits, or common sense.

AI Limitations

AI-generated reports and plans can be incomplete or wrong, especially when source data is missing, inaccurate, or low quality. Use APEX as a decision-support tool, not an unquestioned authority.

Emergency Situations

If an athlete experiences severe pain, sudden loss of function, neurological symptoms, chest pain, trouble breathing, or any emergency symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.
