We collect account information, pitcher profile details, uploaded training data, session notes, performance metrics, videos, and app usage information needed to provide the APEX development experience.
How We Use Information
We use this information to create pitcher profiles, generate reports, build weekly development plans, support APEX Coach interactions, improve product quality, and protect the security of the service.
AI Processing
APEX may send relevant user-provided training data, notes, metrics, and media-derived summaries to AI providers so the app can generate reports, plans, and coaching responses. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Youth Athlete Data
APEX may be used by parents or guardians for athletes under 18. Parents and guardians are responsible for creating accounts, supervising use, and deciding what information to enter.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate APEX, including hosting, database, storage, analytics, AI, and payment providers.
Data Controls
Users can request account or data deletion by contacting the APEX team. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
