Early Access Product
APEX is an early access product. Features may change, improve, or be removed as the platform develops. Access may be limited, paused, or revoked if needed to protect the service.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping account credentials secure, and for making sure you have permission to upload athlete data, videos, or performance information.
No Guaranteed Results
APEX provides development guidance, analysis, and planning tools. It does not guarantee velocity gains, scholarships, roster spots, injury prevention, or competitive outcomes.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's data, upload illegal or harmful content, reverse engineer the platform, or use APEX in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.
Subscriptions and Payments
Pricing and billing may be handled manually or through third-party payment providers. Paid access terms will be communicated before charges are collected.
Intellectual Property
APEX, its interface, reports, prompts, workflows, and development methodology belong to APEX or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the data they provide, subject to the rights needed for APEX to operate the service.
Termination
You may stop using APEX at any time. APEX may suspend or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of these terms.
